This is a dress by noir kei ninomiya.
The low-waist design is very cute.
The front has long lace-up detailing. I think you can adjust the width by loosening the lace-up.
I've worn it about 3 times. I've kept it after having it dry cleaned.
There's a small scuff near the bottom of the right chest area. I don't think it's very noticeable when worn. Also, one side of the lining has come undone.
