This is an original water colour by the renown Cornish artist R J Pollard depicting St Ives Harbour. Measuring approximately 67cm x 48cm in total with the frame the actual painting is approximately 48cm x 30cm. With strong but subtle use of colour and amazing attention to detail (see photos) this will appeal to those who live or holiday in Cornwall. There is a blemish on the frame otherwise the painting is in good condition. Purchased in 2020 at the upper end of the estimate range plus buyers premium (see photos) now needing a new home it is priced below the lower estimate.
